• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: they can be arranged with us direcly, but possibly no later then 9 pm.
  Check-out: before 01.00 pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast is included in the room price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One room has access to the terrace and one to the courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is no tv in the house.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  3 rooms have air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking on premises.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At all major rentals.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 500 mt away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, near Lucca.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 1 hour by car, 1.30 by train or 1 by bus. Siena 2 hours by car. Pisa 20 minutes by car.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Nearest town Pietrasanta and Camaiore both 3 km away from us. Nearest village for groceries or bank Capezzano Pianore 300 mt. down the hill.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa Airport at 30 minutes driving distance.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange a taxi pick up on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Capezzano Pianore.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Viareggio or Pietrasanta, the first being better serviced.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Dogs are allowed if they get along with cats. We have a cat!
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, on request it's possible use of the modem.
