• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in - 14,00.

• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Our policy is to settle the bill on departure, but it could be settle also on arrival, on request.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Russian and Bulgarian
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors. Reception, hall and breakfast room are on parterre. Elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are elegantly furnished, some of them boast such amenities such massage shower, single or double Jacuzzi tub.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Three of the rooms have a courtyard with a table and chairs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but there's a large sun terrace, accessible from all the rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have a telephone with ditecr dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There's a central air conditioning system adjustable from each room. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  At the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We are in the historical center of Volterra, so the Hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there's a free one just around the corner.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are agencies offering this service.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are several groceries near the Hotel and 3 supermarkets (COOP, Conad and Eurospin) 5 mns. far by car.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No, but there are oliveyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 78 km. far, Siena - 60km., Pisa - 65km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Colle Val d'Elsa - 25 km. far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa International Airport "Galileo Galilei".
  Florence International Airport "Amerigo Vespucci".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Buses run from Volterra to Pisa, Florence, Cecina, Colle Val d'Elsa, Siena.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Cecina - mostly local trains, Pisa.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, little size pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but our restaurant "Etruria" in the main square of Volterra, "Piazza dei Priori", is one of the most famous in the area for its typical Tuscan food.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, each room has an internet connection.
