• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1.30pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The staff speaks Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has the ground floor and the first floor, but there is not an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet, because the Locanda is situaded in a square, with a wonderful view on Tuscany's country and Montepulciano roofs.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a 21" Satellite TV, with 4 international channels, and a DVD player.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is telephone. Direct dialing is allowed only for Italy call. For International call you can ask to the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all the rooms and common spaces have air conditioning without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, but at the ground floor of the Locanda there is the wine-bar and bistrot "..e lucevan le stelle", that, in season, serve food from 11 a.m. until 11.p.m.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an Internet point at the accomodation floor.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not, but there is a public swimming pool, 4 km away from the Locanda.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have two reserved parking on the Piazza.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Chiusi, 15 Km away. We can reserve the car for you.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is about 200 km far, 1 h and 15 min driving. Siena is about 60 km, 40 min driving. Pisa is about 250 km, 3 h and 30 min driving.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Piazza Grande, Montepulciano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Montepulciano Stazione or Chiusi (main lines Rome-Florence-Milan).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  We are sorry, but we can not accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is the wine-bar and bistrot ".. e lucevan le stelle", at the ground floor.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can with a daily extra charge.
