By plane: Pisa International Airport is the terminal placed closer to the property. You can easily reach Aeroporto Galileo Galilei by car -45 kilometres- or travel by train. Otherwise, Peretola airport in Florence is an alternative, placed 100 kms from the area of Camaiore (approx. a 1 hour 10 minutes drive).
By car: From Pisa airport, take Via Caduti di Kindu and cross the city of Pisa. Afterwards take your left in Via Mezzanina and your right in road SS1. Go along "Strada Grande Comunicazione Firenze-Pisa-Livorno" heading towards "E76/ A11/ FIRENZE/ E80/ A12/ GENOVA/ LIVORNO" and continue along A12/E80. You must get off at the exit for "Viareggio/ Camaiore", and once at Lido di Camaiore, turn right into road SP1. As you reach Camaiore, take your right at Via Carignoni and go along Via Lucchesi. Afterwards, veer right in Frazione Pedona and you will reach the property on number 238. (This journey will take you around 40 minutes)
By train: The railway station placed closer to the country house is the one at Viareggio, around 11 kilometres far. You will easily find services arriving here, as this stop is a frequent one along the west coast line connecting Rome and Genoa. At Pisa airport you can take a train to Pisa Centrale -the main train station in the city- and then another to Viareggio (20 minutes trip): once here, you may get on a taxi to reach Camaiore. |
