• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included and it is an Italian or Continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you may settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors in the house without a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, all linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two of the rooms have panoramic views.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The rooms are all for non smoking only.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  On request, we can give a Tv with national channels, Satellite TV is available in the Living room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there are no telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no airconditionning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a common dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but we do have a Wifi access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming poll.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking in the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may ask us for advises.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In the center of Camaiore there are grocery stores and supermarkets.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are vineyards in the Lucchesia region.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Firenze 80 Km; Siena 130 km; Pisa 35Km and Lucca 22 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Camaiore is at 2.5 Km.

  Airport Pisa Galilei is at 35 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Only on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  3.5 Km.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Sale sport Gym at 3 Km, public pool at 3.5 km. Jacuzzi in 2 rooms.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, we accepts animals of small and medium size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is a Wifi connection is available for internet.
