• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  On ground, first and second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  For some only.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a television room with satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, 2 swimming pools of which one for children. It is open from the last week of May till the first week of October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Directly in our estate.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, the nearest is 4 km. far.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 60 km, Lucca 80 km, Siena 8 km, Pisa 90 km, San Gimignano 25 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Rocco a Pilli, 4,5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence "A.Vespucci", 63 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is health and beauty center with sauna, hammam, balneo, thalasso, kneipp, emotional shower and relax room, solarium, face and body treatments and massages
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
