• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rooms are on the first floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Around the villas there is a private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat Tv.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.

• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is and it's open from April 1st to October 31st.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence/Pisa airports or in Cortona.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 3 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are and you can go to visit the wine cellar of Nobile di Montepulciano wine.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 80 km, Siena 40 km, Pisa 140 km.

• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 1 km from the estate.
