From Arezzo: just follow the signs for "la statale per Perugia," meaning the state highway to Perugia. After about 10 km (6 miles) you'll reach Rigutino. Continuing down the same road, you'll see a good-sized hill just ahead (family property), the road curves then, and on the left you'll see a church and a sign marked "Fondaccio." That's where you turn left. Follow the Fondaccio road for about one km. The first house on the right (you can't really see the house from the street) is marked 241A. The driveway entrance has yellow columns and a large wrought iron gate. That's La Limonaia.
From Rome: just head north on the main north-south Autostrada and exit at Arezzo. Then follow the instructions as outlined above. |
