• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check - in before 17.00.
  Check - out before 10.30. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per week. Prices do not include gas, electricity or cleaning. These items will be charged separately according to usage.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The Villa is self catering only.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is not included. Guests must pay extra for all their utilities.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, the bill must be settled 30 days before the check-in date.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Villa is on two floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, it is.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, courtyard available.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Villa Limonaia is a non-smoking location. No smoking is allowed.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, the room is equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, large dinning room available.

  No, swimming pool available nearby.
