La Limonaia is part of a large estate that once belonged to one of the most renowned families in Tuscany. In addition to the gardens directly surrounding the structure, guests can enjoy a 600 meter jogging trail and walks through private woods and olive groves.

 Although completely private, La Limonaia is in a small village that is less than one kilometre from the main road connecting Arezzo (to the north) with Cortona and Perugia to the south. Only about three km north is a village with a bank, stores and post office. |
 About three km south is the ancient town of Castiglion Fiorentino, a modern and easily accessible supermarket and a commuter rail station. La Limonaia offers a wealth of opportunities for relaxation and linguistic and cultural improvement.

Arezzo: Piazza Grande, an irregular space full of activity in the historic center, it is the headquarters of the major folkloristic and social events. The beautiful square, a backdrop for its many buildings in many styles, was created in the 13th century and was modified by Cosimo I in the 16th century. Also visit the Mecenate Archaeological Museum, Museum of Medieval and Modern Art and the House of Giorgio Vasari. |
