By Car: from Pisa Airport follow the signs for Florence (blue and white sign). This is the motorway FI-PI-LI. Stay on this motorway and exit at "Lastra A Signa". At the exit turn right and at the roundabout go straight. Follow this road (keep to the left when the road branches) pass the village (first traffic light) until the second traffic light, continue straight for 200 metres. There is the gate to the main Villa of the property and a tree-lined drive. Look for the sign "Azienda Agricola Marchesi Prat". If you find the gate closed ring the bell on the left of the gate "Brogi Mario". From Florence Airport (Amerigo Vespucci) go straight, keep the road on the right and turn on the first road on the right onto the ramp of the bridge "Ponte all' Indiano" or "Viadotto Indiano". Continue straight, you will pass a number of exits but go to the end until you see in front an highway passing over the road, take the exit on the right "FI-PI-LI", direction Pisa, the ramp puts you on the motorway. Than take the exit "Lastra A Signa" and turn right. At the roundabout go straight follow the signs for "Signa". Follow this road (keep to the left when the road branches) pass the village (first traffic light) until the second traffic light, continue straight for 200 metres. By Train: the nearest railway station is "Signa", from here take a taxi to "Via Livornese n° 395". Enter in the gate after Via Livornese 395. There is a sign "Sorgente Fonte Patri" (it is opposite the veterinary) follow the drive until the end and enter the tar road on the left into the forest until you arrive to the top.
By Air: the nearest airport are Galileo Galilei in Pisa at 60 km and Amerigo Vespucci in Florence at 9 km from the property. |
