- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In: from 5:00 p.m.
Check Out: before 10:00 a.m. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is for the entire house: Casa Rossa maximum 9 guests, Limonaia maximum 4 guests. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No. - Is heating included in the price?
No. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
No. (See the Payment Policy) - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak English, Italian and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Absolutely! - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Satellite TV is provided in the living room with access to Italian, German and some English channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Cellular telephone hire. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, there isn't air conditioning. But there is a modern, gas-fired central heating system. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
There is a large dining area in the living room with a lovely view. There are also two patios. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
There is an international jack for P.C. and Internet connections. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, there is a parking, not covered. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car in Arezzo, AVIS. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
THere is an excellent supermarket within 3 or 4 km from the house. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence is at about 10 km, Siena is at 70 km, Pisa is at 160 km from the property. - Which is the nearest village or town?
The nearest village is Lastra a Signa. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is in Florence. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
A bus-stop is at 500 meters from the property, in front of the bar. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is Signa. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. But we offer a jogging trail. - Are pets welcome?
No. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes. Computer and Internet connection hire-wireless.
