At the time I booked it was not possible to specify a room with a bathroom on your website. I suspect this would put some people off.

Perhaps it should be stated that all guest rooms are on the ground level. We found this a big help as one of us has a disability. The public rooms are very well decorated. The owner has excellent taste.

We had a very hard time finding the place because the directions lead you into the town where the B&B is located but there are no directions to the establishment so we got lost but once we finally found the place, we were very pleased with our accomodations.

A good place to stay, outside of the busy-ness of Pisa but within easy reach. Peaceful and possible to walk in the quiet rural countryside from the house.

The directions were for the village but not to find the property itself - we had to ask several people. When we arrived the owner said that check in should be from 5p.m. and we were earlier. She said it was fine as she had to go out. Had we arrived later there would have been no-one there. This was not clear to me when I made the booking. It was lucky that we arrived when we did!
The owner was very friendly and helpful and we had very spacious accommodation.The cost was very reasonable for the facilities that we had.

The bedroom was clean and well presented, the bathroom was beautiful. The reception rooms were ok but didn't feel homely or welcoming.

Make sure you try restaurant Pozzo di San Vito (500m from B+B) excellent food and service and atmosphere.

Although the staff were child friendly, the accn definately was not! With slippery floors, unsuitable bathroom and a very house-proud owner who panicked every time our 16-month old touched something we were on egg shells the whole time we were in the B&B!

Extremely clean and tidy accn set in a convenient location for visiting Pisa,Lucca and other fascinating sites of Tuscany. However, I would not recommend this accn for families with toddlers or below due to the slippery floors within it!!

Very warm welcome. They provided space in a garage to securely shelter our bicycles (we are 2 ladies travelling by bicycle in Tuscany) overnight. Provided helpful information on where to eat in Calci. Pleasant hosts.

Our hosts were always helpful and eager to please. The young lady (daughter?) provided good advice on a road to go from Calci to Lucca by bicycle, circling the Monti Pisane and thus avoiding a steep climb over the hill for us cyclists. We really appreciated this advice. The bathroom was especially spacious and everything impeccably clean (both bedroom and bathroom). Nice quiet location.

A pleasant bed & breakfast for anyone wishing to enjoy the Tuscan countryside, and have access to the quieter aspects of rural Tuscan life. By car, Lucca, Pisa, Vicopisano and the Monte Serra are easily accessible.

The directions to calci are clear, but then it is hard to find the street. After being in the right street, we missed twice the too little sign tight to the gate. This sign will be changed for a bigger one. It would be interresting to join online a schematic plan of the town with the location of the house.

There was no TV nor telephone in our room, but a TV room was available at the same floor (ground floor).

The keys of the ground floor are available so there is absolutely no limitation time for entry and exit during day and night.

This B&B was fine but the description of the setting and garden was not quite as expected from the description.
The owners were very kind and extremely helpful.
