Our small but very private B&B is located in Calci, a small and ancient village 10 km from Pisa. Surrounded by the hills that divide Pisa from Lucca, Calci is close to the major artistic towns in Tuscany (i.e. 20 km to Lucca and 60 km to Florence) and also close to the seaside (15 km). |

By air: the International Airport of Pisa is 15 km from I Ligustri B&B. There is car hire in the airport or public transport to Pisa. From Pisa to Calci there is a regular public bus service every 30 minutes and the bus stop is just in front of the B&B.
By car from A1 highway Rome-Florence-Milan: exit at Firenze Scandicci and immediately after the tollgate take the free motorway FI-PI-LI to Pisa-Livorno. Follow the signs to Pisa (and not Livorno) and exit Navacchio (around 60 km from the toll gate). Follow the signs to the town centre and after you cross the railway, turn left at the traffic lights and then immediately to the right, in direction of Calci. Follow the signs for Calci.
By car from seaside or A12 highway Genova-Livorno: exit at "Pisa Centro" and follow the free motorway FI-PI-LI to Florence, exit at Navacchio and then follow the above instructions.
By car from Pisa: Take the direction to San Giuliano Terme and then follow the road Giuseppe Garibaldi for 6 km until Calci. |
