  Prices are per room/apartment.

• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the bedrooms are quiet, the most romantic are the bedrooms at the last floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  We have not a private car parking. The guests can park on the street, its free.

  In Siena there are many Rent car points.

  There are many supermarkets around the Hotel.

  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  The Hotel is located in the centre of Siena, to reach the other cities is very easy, by car and by public transport.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Colle Val d'Elsa, 2 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 58 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
