• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In anytime but the owners need to be informed, Check Out any time but we need to be informed. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price. We serve a rich
  breakfast. Everything is made at home.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  The heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are all on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide plenty of towels, bathrobes and the finest
  quality bedlinens.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Le Traverse has a big garden and each room has its own gazebo with table, deckchairs and plenty of flowers.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms are on the ground floor and open into the garden.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the three rooms are NON SMOKING rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but there is a phone in the main house.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In the rooms there are fans.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No. But it is possible to dine in the garden.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is an Internet Point in Pienza.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have a swuimming pool. It is open the all day.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Chiusi.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Pienza, 4 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we have vineyards in the property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 120 km.
  Siena 45 km.
  Pisa 150 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Pienza is 4 km far from the property.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but in Pienza you can find a taxi service.

  The nearest bus-stop is in Chiusi Chianciano Terme.
