• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: between 03.00-07.00 p.m.
  Check-out: before 09.00 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is the weekly rate of an apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Nein.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English is spoken at the reception.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Le Torri provide linen and towels once a week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but there is a big garden with groups of chairs and tables, around the pool area and a barbeque spot.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but on the ground-floor there is a pay-phone that you can access with telephone cards.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Of course we can help out with extra tables and chairs for special occasions.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the swimming pool is open from the first of May until the last day of September. Of course we are able to open the swimming pool earlier if requested.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have parking lots on the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Le Torri has an special agreement with Hertz Car Rentals that makes it possible to rent a car for a very convenient price.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, near the villa there is a small store.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we also have agreements with nearby wine cellars where you can buy wine at convienient prices.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 25 km., Siena 50 km., Pisa 80 km., S.Gimignano 35 km., Volterra 50 km., Montecatini 65 km., Lucca 100 km., Arezzo 100 km. and Vinci 25 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Montespertoli 5km. In 1km we have a small village with 1.000 inhabitants with all the facilities (bank, chemist, and so on.).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 25.2 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Empoli and Montelupo Fiorentino.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
