Accommodations

 Each apartment is tastefully restored and furnished in the old traditional Tuscan style and with attention to minimum details. The villa is made up of 9 apartments, four 80 m2 three-bedroom (4 persons) apartments and five 40m2 to 50 m2 two bedroom (2 persons) apartments with a very panoramic view. The two-room apartments have one double bedroom with bathroom, and a kitchen-diningroom.
In the three room-apartments there is a living room-kitchen, a master bedroom with double bed (190x170 cm) and bathroom, and another bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. |
 Each apartment boasts shower, orthopedical mattresses, individual heating, blankets, towels, tableclothes, and kitchen facilities such as an oven, dishwasher, a large fridge with ice box, satellite TV included in the price, and a Safe. In this villa you can find also a laundry service available, with ironing. |
 One two-room apartment is fully renovated with handicap pay standards, with accessibility for a wheelchair, also the shower is adapted to your necessities.
In the reception area there is a private phone which you can use and pay with a phone card or you will pay according to consumption. Only by visiting the villa will you realize the careful attention paid to even the smallest detail. You'll really experience the wonderful atmosphere which can only be found in an old Tuscan villa such as ours.
