• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in: from 4pm to 9pm.
  Check out:before 10 am.
  
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartments are self-catering and therefore breakfast and meal plans are not offered.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is extra.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Of course you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are mainly on one level (apart from one). However there are some stairs in each apartment.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Every apartment is very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Lines and towels are provided and included in our rates.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Every apartment has a private outdoor space provided with chairs, tables, sun shades and deck chairs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one apartment has a very small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV can be requested at reservation but there's no satellite available.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Telephone is not available.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Every apartment is provided with large kitchen-living room and in the garden there are common spaces in which our guests can find big tables they can share with other guest to dine all together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  A 14x7m large swimming pool is currently under construction and will be available from spring 2004.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available as well as a small porch for motorbikes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At any airport or Florence railway station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  A small grocery store is 2km from the property. Supermarkets can be found at 5km from Le Selve.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are vineyards just outside the property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 35km; Siena 110km; and, Pisa 130km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Borgo San Lorenzo, which is also the largest village of Mugello valley.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest is Florence airport "Amerigo Vespucci" (35km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have this service and advice therefore to rent a car at the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  500 meters from the resort.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  4-5 km from the resort (Ronta or Borgo San Lorenzo).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we do not have a fitness centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  Usually we do not accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, all accommodations are self catering.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No we do not have phone lines in the apartmens.
