We had a spell of heavy rain during our stay - so the accomodation was a little damp.No fault to the place just the weather.Even so it was a place in heaven!

The place was out of a perfect postcard!The accomodation was very clean and well manicured.My advice would be to provide more info about local resaurants and facilities nearby.

We arrived a little early but were welcomed and given access to our accomodation on arrival. Although the lady who welcomed us was Italian with virtually no English we managed the paperwork easily.

The situation of the property was superb- wonderful panoramic views from every window, very peaceful surroundings. Accomodation was fairly basic but spacious & clean with comfortable beds- certainly met our requirements. Pleasant well maintained & spacious outdoor areas. Lovely pool in beautiful setting. Kitchen basically equipped. Adequate crockery & glasses but could have done with an extra knife & fork. Needed Italian phrase book to communicate with staff but they were always very helpful & friendly. Other accomodation not occupied when we were there so had whole outdoor area to ourselves. Enough sunbeds for us all but would have been short if others had been staying there but perhaps more would have been made available if other accomodation had been occupied.

We had to leave very early in the morning to catch our flight. Staff happy for us just to leave the key in the door on our departure.

BBQ available which we enjoyed using. Be prepared for Italian only speaking staff.

Wonderful location, peaceful setting with beautiful views. Set on a hill meant there was a pleasant breeze which was very welcome on hot days. Good location for day trips to Sienna, Florence, Lucca & Pisa. Short drive from variety of beautiful old hilltop villages with good selection of restaurants. San Gimignano lovely to visit in evenings & Certaldo a short drive away with regular train service to Florence.

We were welcomed very friendly although we arrived late.

We did not expect the property to be so spacious (meaning not only the attached landscape but also the rooms). It was very quite, good to relax although it was no long way to San Gimignano or Certaldo.

A very nice property which is calmly situated thus good for a relaxing holiday. It is surrounded by a beautiful landscape (as you know it from paintings/postcards) which you can walk in for hours. Certaldo and San Gimignano are not far away and also Florence, Siena etc. are cities within good reach.

It was very clean, that very good because a lot of time it is not, but here the first thing what I sad to my husband was that it was very clean.
One thing, you can hear a lot from upstairs. Maybe because the floors are also from stones above, so you could here everything from upstairs.

Very good. Peacefull and if you are looking for a quiet place than it is a perfect place to stay. For children it is also a good place.

I regret that we got no documentation at all regarding activities in the region. A short description (wine + oil + museums + towns to visit) with a reccomandation of the receptionist would have benn helpful.

They could have heated the apartmet some hours before we get in !

The equipement in the kitchen could be renewed : glasses - microwave oven - electrical coffee machine
...
A really nice place that can become really magic with a few efforts on welcoming the guests (why not propose a bootle of wine to welcome guests) !

The lady who wellcomed us was Italian and unfortuanately spoke no English at all.This made it difficult to deal with the paperwork.
We actuately never met any staff who spoke english as stated on the web site.

Considering that we rented a 2 bedroom appartment for 4 adults the kitchen equipment was not always satisfactory, e.g. only 2 wine glasses for 4 adults, a toaster and a kettle would have been nice.
Regarding the pool we found there were not many sunloungers although only 3 appartments were occupied at the time.

Quiet peaceful accomodation with lovely surrounding landscape.
Not too remote, next town only 5 minutes away.
Accomodation good but could be improved.
You may not necessarily meet anybody with english ( or german) language skills so be prepared.
