All apartments provide a superb view over the neighbouring hills and over the farm-owned lake. Each apartment offers a private outside space with tables and beach umbrellas. The house also has a large and beautiful communal terrace which stretches above the valley dominating the lake. |
 There are eight apartments, each equipped with satellite TV, its own fully fitted cooking area and towels and sheets are provided free of charge. Four of the apartments offer one double bedroom, bathroom and shower, and a dining room with a double sofa bed. Two of these called Finestra and Archi are situated on the ground floor while Vigna and Cantuccio, the other two, are on the first floor. |
 Three apartments offer two double bedrooms with bathroom and a dining room with a double sofa bed. These two, Cantina and Volte, are also situated on the ground floor while Torre is on the first floor. Apartment Torre faces the swimming pool and offers the best view over San Gimignano. The last and largest apartment called Bella Vista lies on the first floor and contains three double rooms, two bathrooms, a dining room with a double sofa bed and a private terrace. |
