• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: From 11.00 a.m.
  Check-out: Within 10.00 a.m. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes at the moment of check-out, but we request a payment of 30% of the total price at the moment of the reservation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The reception speaks two languages: English, German and French.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, in particular room 214, 215 & 221.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Not, but there is a common terrace, where in summer time the dinner is served.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Viareggio (10km away). At Pisa/Florence Airports or at Florence railway station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes. In Corsanico (500m).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 80 Km, Siena is 170 Km, Pisa is 25 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Cellesul Rigo at 500 Mt. and the closest town is Chiusi at 20 Km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa PSA, 20 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Viareggio or in Massarosa (10 Km away).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
