• At what time can we check-in and out?

  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speaks excellent English, German and French.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All bedrooms are quiet, private and romantic. Most rooms are unusually large and virtually soundproof. The most romantic room is the mansarde with a stunning view over the red tile rooftops of the medieval town.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, on of our suite has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have got an own direct-dial telephone and satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is an indoor pool in the gymn area.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available at the hotel and is free of charges.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearest car rental agencies are located in Siena; transfers on arrival or departure can be arranged contacting the House.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The hotel is situated in the centre of a tranquil medieval town that has got grocery stores, a well-assorted deli and a greengrocer's
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Our property is located in the very heart of the Chianti Classico region. Visits to wineries can be arranged at the reception desk. Some of the wineries are within walking distance.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  The property is located 50 km to Florence, 80 km to Pisa and 30 km to Siena.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castellina in Chianti is at 10 km, Siena at 30 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence 50 km far from the property and then Pisa 80 km far from the property.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, upon request.
