Reservation must be cancelled until 4 p.m (local hotel time) 1 day before arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night. ATTENTION!!! For Non Refundable rate, cancelltion is different: if cancelled or modified or in case of no show, the total price of reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non refundable.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
