• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room or per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast is included in the room price, but please note that the price of the apartments do not include breakfast - although this can be provided at a small additional cost. We offer a continental breakfast which includes: jam, butter, cold meats and cheese, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit juices, coffee and tea.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Only one floor no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All apartments have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. No extra cost.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. It is always open.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Florence or Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In the villages of Radda in Chianti (4 km) and Gaiole in Chianti (5 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is far 45 km, Siena 25 km and Pisa 100 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The villages of Radda in Chianti (4 km) and Gaiole in Chianti (5 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence 45 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Only on request (fee).

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Only for groups.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
