 A book and a tour guide for a different vacation, they greet us with a warm smile, sure to be liked, we immediately feel welcome. Terracotta floors, hand polished and waxed, warm and welcoming interiors. A room large and bright. An invigorating shower makes us appreciate the bathroom always sparking and perfumed. |
 The magic remains until morning, enhanced by the calm and silence of this placea stem of lavender ties the napkin, the smell of Weeping Willows mixes with the parfume of fresh marmelade. Le Mezzelune farmhouse is immersed in the green Mediterrenean bush amongst the olive trees of the Maremma. |
 The farmhouse has four guestrooms with private bath, mini-bar, terrace with splendid sea view, a homemade breakfast every morning. There are also two independent cottages with king size bedroom, bath, living room, kitchen, terrace overlooking the orchards towards the sea. |
The house was built during the 19th century and has been recently renovated, with a beautiful garden with plenty of imposing cypress trees. Beyond it are 6 hectars of Mediterranean bush, in front of it a rich vegetable garden and around it olive groves. |
Our home where we like to receive guests who love spend some days in a quiet and relaxing place, where they will feel themselves not tourist, lout friends in a friend's home. |
 We are located in the Maremma between Livorno (Leghorn) and Piombino, on the rolling hills above the sea and the Etruscan coast, with wonderful sights of Elba's and Capraia's islands and sometimes even mountains on the island of Corsica. |
