• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 04:00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10:00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are the rates per apartment/room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the rooms at "Casa del Podere". At "Casetta delle Rondini" and "Casetta del Falco" breakfast is excluded and costs 15 Eur per person per day.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are on first floor and the apartments on ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, all provided with table and chairs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
