Un plan plus précis de la sortie de Montespertoli vers l'hötel nous aurait aidé. Il n'y avait parsonne à notre arrivée mais nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu. L'accueil a été chaleureux, nous avons pu choisir notre logement et tout a été fait pour notre confort. Une bouteille de vin nous attendait sur la table.

Un séjour très agréable, un endroit superbe, une nourriture abondante, variée, simple et excellente (beaucoup de spécialités italiennes).Le personnel est très complaisant, aimable et efficace. Le directeur toujours disponible pour nous conseiller au sujet de nos excursions, répondre à nos questions....
Absolument aucune critique négative, bien au contraire.

Aucune surprise. Nous avions été agréablement étonnés du fait que notre provision n'avait pas été débitée, elle ne l'aurait été qu'en cas de desistement.

Montrer plus de photos de la propriété qui est énorme et où on peut se promener, du lac où il y a un canard, des poissons, une loutre....faisant le bonheur des enfants et des adultes. Dire qu'il est possible en 5 minutes d'aller à pied à la salle à manger,...

Je te conseille d'y aller sans hésiter. ' Nous y sommes allés 'hors saison' et c'était parfait, peu de monde, calme.... C'est un endroit superbe, on y est merveilleusement bien accueilis, on y mange super bien, les logements sont rustiques mais confortables et spacieux, on baigne dans la nature, dans le calme et la beauté. La situation est centrale, on y est à bonne distance de Florence, de San Gemigniani, de Sienne, de Pise.J'espère y retourner. Tu peux faire confiance au directeur, il donne de bons conseils et est très aimmable.
Tu peux y aller les yeux fermés, j'espère pouvoir y retourner.

Very friendly and flexible staff. We arrived after the opening hours of the reception, but nonetheless there was a helpfull member of the staff to welcome us.

This was our very best experience in Italy!
We absolutely loved it!!! The staff was wonderful and the food was excellant! This will definitely be a repeat! I have already recommended to friends who travel to Europe every year. I am so glad we came, because we were deciding whether or not to stay in Florence or not, but it was nice to leave the crowds and come back to Le Mandrie and relax, swim and eat great food!

Stephanie was an extremely organized and gracious hostess. She even prepared a welcome basket for us ... a much appreciated generosity. More detailed directions and larger/clearly map would be helpful.

The Fattoria was very rustic and provided a good sense of life on the farm. The accomodations were spotless. Additional information regarding what else to bring would be helpful (i.e. toilet paper).

Although there was a pool, unless you were located at the main complex, it's a good 10min hike to get there.

The Fattoria offers a great opportunity to enjoy breathtaking Tuscan landscape with easy access to major scenic destinations in the Chianti region. An excellent value for the discrete traveller who wish to experience accomodations offering rustic charm with good amenities.

There was only one inconvenience: the apartment was very cold at this time of the year (even if there was a great weather). And the heating was not on. Otherwise it is a superb place.(espeially if there are not many people in the whole house)

A great place for a good price. Good if you prefer going on small routes to smaller places and not keen on going to Florence many times, since it is not that close. But for us it was perfect. I would consider going though, when the house (we stayed in the house on the other hill, not the main house which was great!) is full. I would highlight the nearby town, Montespertoli, which is a really lovely place, far from tourism and with a real local ambiance. Sunday evening on the main square is so lovely. One main advantage of this apartment is the real closeness to Nature!

There was no welcome basket - which was indicated on the website. Not a big deal, but maybe take that bit off the website.

The apartment was lovely.
A small suggestion -
The weather was very hot and the nights were very warm but we could not leave the windows open as there were a lot of mosquitos - a fan or air conditioner would complete the experience.

The restaurant advertised on the website was closed as the chef had left a few months previously.
The pool is a bit of a walk from some of the apartments but worth the walk!

We had an amazing holiday! The apartment is on a gorgeous olive and wine farm, ideally located between Pisa and Florence. The accomodation has everything you need and the pool is heavenly.
We would definitely recommend the apartments and Tuscany as a whole to everyone!

Stephanie made us feel very welcome by giving us maps of the local area, explaining how to get to the shops and providing us with a list of restaurants for dinner as well as offering to make a booking for us.

Great place to stay if you want to get away from it all. Surrounding area absolutely beautiful.

The directions were fine to get us in the general area but then they seemed to end. There was no clear sign at the road, only a very small one. If arriving at night, it is nearly impossible to see. We asked several locals for directions and got several different answers. Eventually we just happened to stumble accross it by accident.

We arrived close to the end of check-in time and were offered dinner at the restaurant that one must normally reserve that morning so that was a very welcome offer after a long drive on our first night there.

Fortunately the heat was on as it was unusually cold for May and we weren't charged extra. We didn't try all the facilities listed (i.e. swimming pool) but everything looked quite nice. Many self-catering places have at least basics - salt, sugar, etc. on hand but this one didn't.

Their homemade products, particularly their wine, are very very good and not expensive.

Clean, peaceful, cozy, reasonably priced with a great view of the countryside and when the weather is nice (which was unfortunately not true for us) it would be a very pleasant place to wander about and enjoy the flowers and landscape. We were sorry we couldn't sit on the terrace and enjoy our meals.

MINUS: Mängel im Badezimmer!
Badezimmertür klemmte, Duschkopf war nicht fest montiert, Dusche war äusserst primitiv und zu klein, nackte Glühbirnen, WC-Brille und WC-Deckel waren nicht fest montiert.
Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt!
An den Fenstern würden wir uns Insektengitter wünschen!!!
PLUS: freundlicher Patron, Gratis-Wein!
Super Swimmingpool, sehr ruhiger und entspannender Aufenthalt.

We arrived late around 20 00 on Sunday and I had informed about that in a special mail to the Fattoria. When we arrived there was just a guest in the owners house who was helpful and showed us a room. We met the receptionist on Tuesday morning.Then she was helpful.

The restaurant in the property was actually we could order in the morning an evening meal in the breakfast facilities all by our selves. We expected a proper restaurant visited by others also.
The inside temperature became quite cold during the rainy days we spent there. Outside temperature was around 10 and we asked for some heating. Did not get any.

The distance between the house where we lived and the reception was a 10 minutes walk. Could be important to elderly or disabled persons.
