• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 8.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment (per guest for short period).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, continental breakfast upon request at an extra charge.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish and Japanese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In both houses there are 2 floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms in our houses are quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the apartments on ground floor have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the apartments on the first floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We do not have a TV in any of our apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but you can find a telephone at the reception
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, we have our restaurant.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, it is open as soon as the season allows it.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or at Florence/Pisa airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a supermarket at Montespertoli, 3km and some grocery stores at Baccaiano, 1 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 21 km., Siena 35 km, Pisa 78 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  It is Baccaiano,1 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange it upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of Le Mandrie.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montelupo Fiorentino.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
