A litlle breakfast service, par example a common fresh bread order service or something like that would be helpfull.

It was nice and very good.

It was very peaceful, quite and nice, in
fact unbeleivable if you take the price
in consideration.
Maybe the only negative point I can think
of is the fact the the smaal town of
Subbiano wasn't as beautiful as, lets
say, Poppi.

A fantastic nice place, very peaceful and
quite, very stylish very beautifull sight
into the hills of Casentino and nice
restaurants in the area, especially the
fantastic Castle restaurant on the
mountain across Le Gret. Very nice
personell, helpfull. If you want a
peacefull, relaxing holiday with a very
nice swimmingpool in beautifull
surroundings, this is you place to be!

Written information should be issued to all new guests to include details e.g. phone numbers, locations and prices of some activities and restaurants in the local area. Also things like tennis, ping pong and archery were available but again no info and your own rackets and balls would have been needed which you do not bring on holiday!None of this was available without expressly requesting it.

we knew the property from a previous stay.
it is a fine place.
Of course in high season it became very crowded also because of all the guests of the owners family.
