- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In: From midday. Check Out: before 10:00 a.m. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The prices are per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Please note that the price of the apartments do not include breakfast. - Is heating included in the price?
Each room has central heating. The apartments also have wood burning stoves. The cost of the heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak English, German and Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 3 floors, one apartment is on the first floor, one is on the first and the second floor. We haven't an elevator in the building. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Each apartment is independent. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
All linen and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Two of our bedrooms have a terrace. One of the apartments has a private terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Two apartments have a terrace/balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we have not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
No, there is not. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
The telephones are not yet installed in our rooms. However, you may use our house telephone for important incoming and outgoing calls.
- Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is no airconditioning in the rooms or apartments. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
In the apartament Olivi there is a very big dining room. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Internet and E-Mail point are available on request. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Our swimming pool is 15x6 meters and is for the exclusive use of our guests.
- Is parking or garage available?
Yes, parking is available.
- Where can we rent a car?
There are many car hire firms in Arezzo and at all airports and railway stations. For example in Arezzo: Europcar, AVIS.
- Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
In Capannole (4km) there is a small "village shop" which sells most daily needs including fresh milk and bread, it is open 7 days for week. There is also a supermarket in Montevarchi.
- Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, we are in the Chianti Colli Aretini region, we have 7 hecatares of vineyards. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence is 65 km far, Siena is 35 km far and Pisa is 140 km far.
- Which is the nearest village or town?
Bucine is our town. - Which is the nearest airport?
There are various airports: Firenze (Amerigo Vespucci) and Perugia, however both Rome, Pisa and Bologna airports are each within 2 hours.
- Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we have not. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is Ambra, 4 km. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is Bucine, 10 km. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, however there are a number of gyms in the town. Here there are various walks and cycling tours our guests can explore. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, small pets are welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Not at the moment. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Not at the moment.
