• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 04.00 pm. to 07.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are for the entire villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rooms are located at the first and second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are provided by the property and changed weekly.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Villa is surrounded by a 13 hectares park.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, but there is a satellite Tv in the breakfast room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but there is a telephone at the breakfast room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?

  At Florence, Pisa or Lucca.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?

  Quiesa, 6 km or Lucca, 15 km.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
