• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room/suite for 2 persons. We have additional price for the third and fourth bed.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price and it is a buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel has only one floor, and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes we have quiet, private, romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The two studios, have a little yard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There is only one smoking room, the rest of the Hotel have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In every room/apartment there is a Satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In every room/apartment there is air conditioning, there are no additional charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an Internet point for free.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have an outdoor swimming pool, always open.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have our own outdoor car park.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car right in front of the train station of Arezzo.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are grocery stores or supermarkets about 2 km far from the hotel.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are some vineyards 6 km far from the hotel, and this is a tipical Chianti region.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 62 km, Siena 60 km, Pisa 100 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Arezzo - 5 km, Monte San Savino - 15 km, Terme di Rapolano - 25 km, Cortona - 20 km, Siena - 60 km, Florence - 80 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport, 80 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, only to the train station of Arezzo.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is about 400 mt far from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Arezzo train station, about 6 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a Gym Club.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The restaurant "La Locanda dei Pilli" is situated beside the Hotel Le Capanne. Here, the guests are spoilt with traditional Tuscany dishes, famous starters and homemade pasta, ravioli, tagliatelle and gnocchi. Barbecued steak, beefsteak and all kinds of grilled vegetables can be found on the comprehensive menu too. Beside a good meal, a good wine belongs on the table too. A wide selection of local wines will be presented to you.
