 Farmhouse Mulinello
The farmhouse Mulinello (6 people, about 972 sf), restored in 1990, is the result of succeeding works on the original tower-like body dated since '600. It is tucked into the hillside, with perfect views across to Montepulciano.
It has two levels: at ground floor, a lounge with fireplace, as centre of the house, 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) and one bathroom with bath tub. One twin bedroom has a small en-suite bathroom with shower. |
 A wooden stairs leads to the upper floor, where is a large kitchen-dining room with fireplace suitable for barbecue. Access to the kitchen is also through a terrace equipped with iron chairs and table. |
 Another terrace, shaded by a couple of old oaks, looks over the valley.
Period furniture from owner's family. Frames and mattresses are orthopaedic. Central heating is available. Drinkable water from public utility. Chaises-longues in the garden. |
 Farmhouse Banditello
The farmhouse Banditello (6 people, about 1405 sf.), restored in 1999, enjoys a splendid view towards south and west with large hay for sitting outside.
A three entrance ground floor, with French windows to the garden, has a large kitchen completely equipped (gas machine with oven, fridge, fireplace-barbecue, washing machine) with store room besides.
The kitchen leads into a two-room lounge with a Tuscan fireplace at one end, furnished with antique pieces of furniture and many sofas and armchairs. A small toilet is available at ground floor. |
 Stone steps take to first floor which has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath tub and splendid view over Montepulciano valley.
Other two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. Wrought iron beds, old rustic furniture, small wooden toilet mirrors, doors and in wall-wardrobes have been chosen according Tuscan country tradition. |
