• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the hotel rooms, but please note that the price of the apartments does not include breakfast, although this can be provided at a small additional cost. We offer a continental breakfast which includes: rolls, pastries, cold meats and cheese, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit juices, coffee and tea.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Please, settle the bill one day before departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, German, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor and first floor, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room is quite and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms and the apartments have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the rooms without a terrace have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In each room and apartment there is a setellite television with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in each room and apartment there is a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms/apartment at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. It is open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the nearby.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  These towns are at least a couple of hours from here, as we lie on an island.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Capoliveri is 2 Km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marina di Campo airport is 25 Km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Naregno, 2 minutes away. We have a free minubus connection.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Piombino mainland.
• How far away is the beach?
  About 200 mt.
• Is the beach private or public?
  It is private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes we have Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
