This property is not manned throughout the day or night as the owner is not on site. A staff member came by shortly after we arrived and was welcoming.

Great facility and excellent for anyone wishing peace and quiet.

Our apartment was spacious and modern. We had everything we needed and the views are stunning. It would be excellent for 2 couples travelling together or small families. It was great to be able to stretch and feel relaxed.
The owner, Loranzo was a very interesting guy and went out of his way to advise us about car touring routes.
This was the highlight location of our 2 weeks in Italy. Tuscany is beautiful and this is an excellent location to explore it from.

The cleaning person was there and had little English but it was fine. She was pleasant and all was as it should be.

Very pleasantly surprised. The photos on the website do not do the place justice. Lorenzo was a big help and we just hope he got his grapes harvested in spite of the rain.

Photos of the view and area would help. Also the history of the rennovation. Did not expect it to be so well cared for and recent.

Perched on a hill with killer views. Away from it all. Ideal for the independent traveler. Lots of space to relax and rest. Good photo ops also.

Better contact the owner once arrive at the A1 exit to get clear direction. Quite hard to find the exact address with the lack of road sign on the road to Montalcino and the hotel

The owner, Lorenzo, was very polite and very helpful. He spoke very good English so communication wasn't a problem for non-Italian speaking visitors. The pool and the heated pool is excellent, looks better in person than in photos.

The hotel location, though difficult to find, is perfect for a hideaway style getaway, with Vineyard right at the front door and around. The hotel boosts a perfect view of the vineyards of Brunello. The room is very very spacious and clean. Would recommend this to anybody who is looking for a special vacation.

the owner and his assistant were very nice
the home was more than we expected . The thermal bath was close by and very relaxing.
the view was wonderful. Although the area was a bit far from everything , it was so relaxing that we would stay there again.
We were very lucky as there was only one other couple so we had the place to ourselves in the evening- we were out most of the day

This is a very comfortable agriturismo run by friendly people, where the surroundings and views are simply unrivalled. A great destination for a 'battery-recharging' holiday.

Did not realize at time of booking that this is an unattended property. There was no one within miles that could attend to our issues. Everything was put off until the next day when someone could come out to the property. The pool was drained the day after our arrival, without notification during the booking process. Had we known this we would have booked elsewhere. As it was, we left a day earlier than we had planned and paid for.

Very accomodating and helpful upon arrival! The published directions -- although accurate -- were not sufficiently clear to get us there easily.

We were really impressed with the quality of accomodations -- better than what we were expecting. The location is beautifully remote with spectacular views.

Distances to Roma and Firenze are understated for all but local drivers.
