• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it's a self catering accommodation.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Only the ground and the 1st floor without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the apartments are private, quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the apartments have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Yes, we have 2 swimming pools, 1 is open during the summer season and the other is a thermal hot water (3,50 mt with 40° water).

  Parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Roma or Florence airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Sant'Antimo.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is about 82 km, Siena is about 34 km and Pisa is about 122 km from the property.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sant'Antimo.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Siena Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Sant'Antimo, just about 100 mt from the property.
