• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We offer a continental breakfast which includes: rolls, pastries, cold meats and cheese, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit juices, coffee and tea.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can, but extras will be paid at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has only two floors, There's no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided and included in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only Apartment Ghirlandaio has a terrace. We have a panoramic terrace common to all the apartments.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only apartment Ghirlandaio has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Our guests are pleased not to smoke in the apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room/apartment has a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there's a telephone in each apartment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is provided in all the apartments and is included in the price.
  
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We plan to offer simple dinner once a week depending upon demand. We also have a barbecue area.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All the apartment have an internet wireless connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There's a swimming pool. It's open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car hire firms in Firenze and at all airports and railway stations.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 3 km far from here.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Vineyards and olive groves are all around the farmhouse.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 25 minutes, Siena is 25 minutes, Pisa is 1 hour far from here.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Marcialla, 2 km far from here.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence Airport, 1 hour from here.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange transferts from/to our property.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Tavarnelle, 3 km from here. From Tavarnelle many busses go to Florence and Siena.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Poggibonsi, 15 minutes from here.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't a fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, There isn't. But Many restaurants are in the nearby, in Marcialla, Tavarnelle, or Barberino. (a few kms far from here)
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect your modem from the rooms.
