• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday afternoon between 4.00 and 7:30 pm.
  Check-out : Saturday morning by 10.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment or per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not provided.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is only ground floor and first floor. We have no elevator. It's not necessary.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our apartments and rooms are very private, the place is really romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Bedroom and bathroom linen are included in the price. Price do not includes extra linen change (only on request) during the week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Rooms And Apartment "TINAIA" has a pretty courtyard, with table and chairs. There is a common courtyard with tables, chairs and sunshade, that can be used by all guests.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All Apartments and rooms have TV (no Satellite).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There isn't a common dining room. All apartments have a private kitchen.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not yet.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private parking for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearest place is in San Gimignano, about 450 m from il Lazzeretto.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Grocery stores and supermarket are in San Gimignano, about 400 m from Il Lazzeretto.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, our property is in the middle of vineyards and olive trees.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 45 km (about 40 minutes by car).
  Siena 30 km (about 30 minutes by car).
  Pisa 75 km (about 1 hour by car).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Gimignano about 450 m from Il Lazzeretto.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa or Florence (about 1 hour by car).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus-stop is about 350 m from Il Lazzeretto.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Nearest Railway station is Poggibonsi - San Gimignano about 12 km from Il Lazzeretto.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
