• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: saturdays from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Please contact the reception in advance for late arrivals.
  Check-out: saturdays bafore 10:00 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are the weekly rates for apartments.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, there isn't a breakfast service in the residence.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can pay the bill at the check-in or at the check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the bedrooms are quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens are supplied by the property, except for towels to be used on the swimming pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Outside guests have at their disposal a vast and reserved garden area, furnished with tables, chairs, deckchairs and beach umbrellas.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all apartments have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in every flat/house there is a direct telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the residence has two swimming pools with a wide solarium area adjoining.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Castelfiorentino 8km away or at the Airports of Florence, Pisa or at Florence railway-station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Guests can make their shop in Montaione (0,5 Km far from the residence) or in Castelfiorentino (8 Km far from the residence).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, the estate is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  San Gimignano (15 Km), Volterra (25 Km), Florence (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km) and Lucca (60 Km).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Montaione, 0.5 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.

  The nearest railway station is in Castelfiorentino (8 km away from the residence).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
