• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in is required between 3pm and 6pm.
  Check out is required no later than 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for renting the whole Villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast service is available on request.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and no lift. Starting from next spring there will be a room on the first floor in case there are problems with the stairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The whole Villa is peacefully, romantic and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Rooms do not have a terrace. There is a little terrace on the main floor and a little yard in front of the Villa with benches and a fountain.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are NON SMOKING.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite TV, VCR, DVD and a selection of movies that clients can pick out of.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, each room has a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditionig is available with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is internet access in every room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not a garage at this time, but there is an open parking place.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In siena which is 20 km away. The property has Mercedes cars with English speaking drivers available.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In front of the property there is a typical store that has a little of everything.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  The town is surrounded by vineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence about 60 km. Siena 20 km. Pisa about 100 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  "Torre del Chianti" is situated at the village "San Sano". "Lecchi" is 2 km far and "Gaiole" and "Radda in Chianti" are 10 minutes away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, a shuttle service is available upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the town of San Sano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Siena, 20 minutes away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  By next spring there will be a pool and a sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small ones are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a typical kitchen where lunch and dinner can be served upon request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect your modem from each room.
