Facilities within the Property

Every single suite is dedicated to a historical personality:
"Cosimo dei Medici" is situated on the same floor like the dining room you can sleep like a former "Medici" in an original bed of this famous noble family of Florence. In the suite "Leopoldo di Toscana" on the upper level of the tower our guests sleep in a romantic bed with a canopy from the 19th century, in this suite there is also the possibility to put an additional bed. In "Violante di Baviera", the second suite on the upper level, you find an antique bed of a historical family of Siena: the "Piccolomini".

The dining room and the kitchen
The dining room is a perfect place for having a
romantic candlelight dinner with friends or family while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the tower - also a glass of our famous "Chianti" wine along with a good book in front of the unique fireplace is a must.

The "sala" has still its original stone sink from 1800, which was used for washing the dishes. All kind of plates and glasses you might need you find in the antique cupboard.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need for cooking your favorite dishes. There is an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave and American coffee machine.

Outside La Torre del Chianti
Only one minute by foot from the residence you find the swimming pool (14x7 meter). Comfortable deck chairs are provided alongside the pool - together with the green lawn and the olive trees this is the perfect place to soak up the Tuscan sun. The pool belongs to an exclusive hotel at "San Sano", so you are welcome to enjoy a cool drink at the hotel bar. Some meters away from the "Torre", our guests can relax in the private garden that belongs to the residence - you stay in the company of birds and squirrels while enjoying the amazing view of the vineyards and olive trees. Tables and seats making outdoor dinner possible under the Tuscan sky, up to your use is also a BBQ. Another place for outdoor dinners is the tiny little terrace on the first floor of the tower, there you can sip on a glass of wine while enjoying the atmosphere of the village.
