• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday from 15.00pm to 19.00pm.
  Check-out: Saturday before 10.00am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment and not per guest.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. All apartments are self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes. The rest of the amount should be paid at check-in, we also require a deposit on the time of arrival, see terms and conditions for further information.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment can be on the ground floor or on the first floor, it depends on the type of apartment clients choose
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a court yard to share with the other guests.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a barbecue spot and there is also our Enoteca/Restaurant "La Torre" where you can dine.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a private parking for guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Florence, Lucca or at Pisa/Florence Airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are lots of grocery stores in the surroundings.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, the farmhouse is surrounded by lots of vineyards as we produce wine.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  About 60 km from Florence, about 150 km from Siena and about 30 km from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The closest village is about 2 kilometers away from the estate.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Altopascio, 2 kms away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Altopascio, 2 kms away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
