First floor:

The flat is provided with kitchenware, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, heating, TV, hot water and antique pieces of furniture.
Selva 3 (2 beds):
Drawing room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom.

 Formignano di Mezzo
Old peasant building belonging to the Formignano Community dating back to the XIII century. It consists of three hamlets. In the surroundings there is the St.Michael Archangel romanesque chapel. All the flats are provided with kitchenware, refrigerator with freezer, heating, TV, telephone, hot water and old pieces of furniture.

Tenuta Della Selva's villa is from XII and XVIII sec. is at few kms south of Siena in a wonderfull area inside an estate of 1200 hectares with woods, vineyards, olive trees and where the onwers breed horses and cows. Quite place with an amazing view on the countryside nearby. Inside the villa there are three cosy floors well furnished with antiques and originals furnitures, pictures and carpets, biliard room, bar-room.private swimming pool, gym, sauna and a nice park with Chapel.Max 25 people in 14 bedrooms can enjoy a great and charming holiday here. Ground floor: with kitchen and two dining-rooms,biliard-room, bar-room, drawing -room, studio, two bedrooms, one bath room, laundry.
First floor: three drawing-rooms, libray-room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. From the first floor there is the link for the "foresteria" area where there are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, small kitchen and a drawing-room.
Second floor: drawing room, seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. Around the villa there is a park with a Chapel a nice area with swimming pool, palestra and sauna. |
