From BOLOGNA/MILAN, follow the A1 Autostrada, direction ROMA.
From PISA Airport, take the FI-PI-LI free motorway, direction FIRENZE. Exit SCANDICCI and follow the GREEN motorway signs for FIRENZE/ROMA. Collect a ticket at the toll booth and take the A1 Autostrada, direction ROMA.
Exit at FIRENZE/CERTOSA. After the tool booth, turn right towards SIENA and continue along the Superstrada until you reach the signs for SIENA OVEST-PORTA SAN MARCO. Exit here and turn LEFT to join the SS73 - SENESE ARETINA. After approximately 900 meters, at COSTAFABBRI, turn left towards VILLE DI CORSANO. After approx. 10 Km, you will arrive at VILLE DI CORSANO. Pass the BAR ALIMENTARI on the RIGHT and, after 150 meters, turn LEFT by the TOWER in the direction of MONTERONI D'ARBIA. When you arrive at the CEMETERY, turn LEFT. Pass a CHURCH on the RIGHT and continue for a few meters along this road until you see on the right hand side a green gate marked "LA PIEVE": enter if open. If closed, proceed 150 meters and take the slip road on the LEFT to the Caretaker's house. Sig.ra Andreini will then show you to "LA PIEVE". |
