• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday afternoon, between 17:00 and 19.30 pm. Check out: Saturday morning, before 10:00 am. We can accept different arrivals/timings if possibile and if requested well in advance.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The weekly rates shown in the price list are the price for the entire villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the villa is self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it's payable locally by clients.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but we require a advanced payment of 30% at the moment of you reservation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms live up to this.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens are supplied by the property and changed once a week,with the exception of pool towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a tv set receiving some European channels. No satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a pre-fabricated swimming pool 7.60x3.40 mt.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, in the garden.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Siena or at Pisa/Florence Airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a supermarket 1,8 Kms away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes. In front of the property, the whole area is covered with vineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 75 km, Siena 18 km and Pisa 120 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  1, 8 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 57 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
