| | |  La Marronaia Farmhouse has for its guests three lovely apartments, suitable for any taste. Each apartment has an independent entrance, a garden and is fitted with all amenities.
Blue apartment (2 guests):
Two-roomed apartment obtained by the old stable.
This apartment is composed by a living room, a large bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom. It's characterised by a yellow wall painting with a blue crag. From the main hall you have direct access to the living room/kitchen, where you can find an old table with an original marble plain, a double sofa bed and a Sat-TV. From this room you can access the bathroom with shower, characterised by the washbasin packed into a plain with visible bricks. The double bedroom has a private access to the farmyard, which makes the apartment completely independent. |
 Green apartment (4 guests):
Three-roomed apartment, obtained from an old storehouse and a cowshed. This apartment is composed by a wide living room, where we obtained a double bedroom with a private bathroom, and by another double bedroom with bath. It is characterised by a yellow wall painting with a green crag, and all the furnishings match this two colours, so that the apartment results warm and welcoming, but most of all representative of Tuscany traditions and style. From the main hall you have access to the living room, where, using old bricks and an ancient beam obtained by the roof, we added a fireplace; the kitchen is characterised by a central part where you can find the sinks, made by the valuable marble called "giallo Siena". The kitchen is equipped with 4 hobs, ventilated oven, exhaust cowl, refrigerator with deep-freezing cell and a dishwasher. The furnishing is completed by a large table, a sofa and a Sat-TV. Using a staircase you can access the intermediate level where you can find a romantic double bedroom with private bathroom. Through the windows, you'll have a wonderful panoramic view of the valley, privacy is assured by a curtain. From the living room you can have direct access to the second double bedroom, with private bathroom and direct access to the opposing farmyard, making it completely independent from the rest of the apartment. |
 Yellow apartment (2 guests):
Two-roomed apartment obtained by the old cowshed and the storing room. It consists of a living room of about 35 sq.m. and a double bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower. The apartment is characterised by a wall painting in two different yellow shading, and all the furnishings match this two colours, so that the the apartment results warm and welcoming, but most of all follower of the Tuscany traditions. From the main hall you have access to the living-room with kitchen, where you can find an old wood table, the sofa and the SAT-TV. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hobs, exhaust cowl, refrigerator with deep-freezing cell, oven and dishwasher. From this room you have access to the double bedroom, that has got a private access to the garden and, thanks to a door-window, to an unique view of the valley. This part of the garden is not of exclusive use, but usually it's used only by the guests of the apartment. |
