• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: from 4pm to 6pm.
  Check Out: before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment or per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Usually our apartments and our rooms are on first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are quiet and romantic, but we have rooms with special equipment or better view.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we change the towels every day and the sheets once a week or more.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the apartments and the rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, the walls are very thick and usually it is not necessary. In particularly hot years we place mobile conditioners at disposal.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, it is 18x10 meters and has salted water and hot/cold hydromassages.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car to the airport or to the railway station of Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in 800 metres.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we produce wine and olive oil.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 15 Km, Siena 45 Km, Pisa 98 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Montefiridolfi is 900 metres far and it has two groceries, bar, newsagent's, mechanic. San Casciano is 7 Km far (4 miles), with all the amenities, cinema, theatre, pharmacy, smart shops.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence at 20 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence 20 Km (12 miles).
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes but you have to be previously authorised (with extra charge).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Occasionally we organise lunches or dinners in our restaurant. All the rooms and flats are provided with a kitchen or a cooking area.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All accommodations are equipped with modem plug.
