• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, breakfast, taxes and service included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is including fresh home made products, such as cakes, jams, bread.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is one room on the ground floor, and four rooms on the first floor. no elevator but a nice white early twentieth century iron stair.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All accommodations are romantic, private and quiet as can be an italian country house!
  
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Of course,and they are changed every day if needed. We also provide, free, towels for the swimming pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Room number one, the very romantic, with a four-poster bed, is on the ground floor and has got a door directly to the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. On request but free there is TV SAT.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room with big fireside for the winter and a loggia for summer.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. and every room has got direct connection to the LAN.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the swimming pool is on a green terrace overlooking the valley and you can see a magnificent "panorama".It is open from the half of may until october, depending on the season.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have private, covered parking. no extra charge.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest place is arezzo but the reception can provide if requested.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Foiano (2 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  90 km Florence, 50 km Siena, 160 km Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Apart foiano and lucignano, the city of Cortona and Arezzo.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence, which is about one hour driving on the motorway.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Nt for the moment. but we can arrange it. even for excursion in the area.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Foiano, 2 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Foiano and Sinalunga (little) 2 km, Arezzo (big) 28 km.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No we don't. But we can arrange appointments with a beauty center nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes. At La lodola we love animals, and we don't charge for them.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. But on request we make dinner and we will be happy to let taste the products of our country and the tipycal tuscan cuisine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
