• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Any time, please inform me about the check-in to prepare the welcome coocktail.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Yes, the price is per apartament.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price and we offer large variety of food, if you have any request please advice us on time.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer .
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 3 floors, the suite are on 2nd floor and "La Torre" are on 3th floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quite, romantic and you can enjoy from the numerous windows the typical Tuscany landscape.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, everything is provided by the relais. We take care of everything in the room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some roos have a terrace. "Voliera" and "Vocabolo" have a private balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, we can reserve it on request.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don't applicate a non smoking policy.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have international channel and satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms have a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, but you don't need it.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a terrace or a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, of course.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, in the garden with all necessary for enjoy a beautifull afternoon under the Tuscany sun.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, the parking is inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car close the Relais, if you want we can book it for you before your arrive.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are all kind of shops around the property, just few minutes walking.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  From Arezzo 27 Km, from Florence 130 Km, from Perugia 70 Km, from Assisi 100 Km, from Milan 400 Km, from Rome 220 Km.
  
  
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Anghiari and Sansepolcro are the nearest villages.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence and Pisa are the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can organize a private shuttle service from/to the airport or from/to the train station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Anghiari village.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Arezzo; from here you can reach Florence or Rome.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but on request after the swimming pool we can arrange a professional massage for relax or beauty-care.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have a professional kitchen with all necessary.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet from all apartments.
